EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Abby's Gold and Gems exists to satisfy our customers.  Your purchase from our in-stock inventory may be exchanged or refunded within 30 days from the original purchase date by the original client when accompanied by the sales receipt.  The item must be unused and unworn, in original condition, and in the original gift box, with all warranty cards and explanation booklets intact.  Sale items, special orders, modified and/or custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable.  Management has no obligation to take back engagement rings or other gifts simply because the recipient refused the gift.
